Good vibes

I need all the happy vibes. I am having moderate cramping, back pain, dizziness, and sweating that has went on throughout the night. I called the OB office, the nurse should be calling within the night few minutes. I have an IUD in place (concieved with it) so I'm scared I'm miscarrying or something. I have a ultrasound scheduled for the 2nd when I'll be exactly 7 weeks. I really don't want to lose this baby. I need all the happy vibes/prayers/ good thoughts for a healthy continous pregnancy.
