Baby smiles?? 5 weeks!!!

Sooo we had my babes 1 month appointment today.. first

Thing dr asked was if she smiled yet?! I said not really, but she smiles when she is half asleep when she gets done nursing, which she’s been doing before 5 weeks! He made it sound like a big deal she hasn’t smiled at us.. like when we try to get her to smile she hasn’t yet??? I get that’s something they should do by now, but since he said that now I’m worried? 🙃 maybe he made it a bigger deal than it is? Or maybe it is a big deal and my little one should be smiling at dad and I??
