Update! HCG went from 180 to 385!

I had brown spotting yesterday which worried me, and what seemed like a slightly fainter line this morning. But I went for my second HCG blood test and my level went from 180 to 385! I’m 4w2d today. My doctor wants me to repeat in 48 hours. I think I’m done taking pregnancy tests because they just freak me out. My brown spotting has subsided today. Do you think I’m on a good track or is there still chance for chemical? Like, could I go back for blood in 2 days and have it be on the decline? What are your thoughts?
