Hcg & ultrasound

Sooo I went to the doctor Tuesday for spotting (I thought I was 7 weeks but apparently not as far along). They did an US & didn’t see anything. I did blood test for my levels.

Two days later I peed out a blood clot and went back for my 2nd blood test yesterday.

My hcg levels on Tuesday were 5,237 and Thursday it went up 29% to 6,755. Lab nurse today told me 29% in early pregnancy is a good number.

What do y’all think? Suggestions? Advice to ask doctor on Monday for a follow up US?
