Miscarriage?

I am five weeks pregnant and I started bleeding Wednesday night and I’m still bleeding now. I’m not having cramps or anything but bleeding that’s on a pantyliner. The doctors at the hospital said my hcg levels were low it was 199 that I was in either early stage of pregnancy or a miscarriage. But I took two more pregnancy test and they both still say positive. So how do I know if I’m having a miscarriage or just heavy implantation bleeding?

You need to do 2 simultaneous blood tests to see whether the HCG levels are increasing. If the levels are decreasing, unfortunately that means it's probably not viable. HCG drops gradually so you'll still test positive for a while. I'm sorry you're going through this, it's awful :(

Implantation bleeding can’t happen after a missed period. And isn’t heavy, and honestly, not as common as this app makes it out to be.  If it’s been going on for three days like this, there’s a good chance you are having an early miscarriage. That happened to me in April. But I only missed my period by 2 days before I started bleeding.

They told me to go Monday to my obgyn to do another blood test.

It could be a miscarriage, you should go in for an ultrasound. You can get positive tests even during a miscarriage for a while.
