What do you recommend for ttc?

So hubby and I have been ttc baby #1 for 7yrs. I have pcos, endometriosis and a fibroid in my uterus. I ovulate every month and get my period. Both pretty regularly. I have lost 40lbs. My 35th birthday is in a few days and as a gift, my mom is giving me money and she is willing to give me enough to buy some things on Amazon to help me conceive (hopefully). I do NOT want to spend more than $45. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I do temp and I do use opks.

I didn't have the added reproductive issues but it took me 11 months to get pregnant after a miscarriage and the only thing I can possibly attribute getting pregnant from was relaxing and taking some time to relax/be away/etc... I went on a work assignment for two weeks, still OPKed and didnt follow any of the "rules" for number of times having sex and such and BAM got pregnant. The first time I got pregnant (that was a loss) was while i was on vacation. I am now 36 btw and 18.5wks preggo. I did start exercising 4 months before getting pregnant, but I dont know if I can attribute it to that since I wasn't exactly obese. I also started mindfulness classes around the same time to work on stress and anxiety. But i have no recommendations off amazon except buying bulk OPKs... 😣😖 wishing you luck.

If you have been trying for 7 years, I would see a doctor or a reproductive endocrinologist. 
But for pcos I have heard myositol works well.
