Apparently when you give someone a time frame to do something it means nothing 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️

So I will be 25 weeks in a week and 3 days which means in a month and a week l will have reached 30 weeks and our floors still aren’t fixed. We have asked my father in law to do it, and I keep asking him when he’s going to start working on tearing up the floor in the other trailer (because he wants to use that wood for ours where it’s practically new) and he beats around the bush. I told him I’d like everything done before the baby is born and I’m worried that the farther along I get the less I will be able to do because in order to fix the floor furniture needs moved and my husband works all the time and I can’t do it alone and also when it’s all done I have to go on a huge cleaning spree, and his dad acts like he’s beating around the bush and doesn’t care and doesn’t want to do it. We are going to pay him, but he’s more worried about having my husband work on his truck (that hasn’t ran in a year) for free if I may add, than he is about fixing our floor knowing I want it done before I can’t do anything and before the baby is born because I just know I’ll organize and clean a lot more before he’s born. It pisses me off because if we mentioned prices for the job he’d be all for it but he never wants to talk about it but tells us we need to sit and make a plan. We Know what wood we want, and we know when we want it done but it seems like if he can’t do it his way (the expensive way) he doesn’t want to fool with it. I’m getting really irritated at this honestly because we have to fix the bedroom, living room, and some spots in the babies room and he’s letting time pass because he doesn’t want to do it 😕
