20MM FOLLICLE BUT NEGATIVE OPK? Help

Hi guys, so I had a follicle scan yesterday and i have a 20mm size follicle. My dr said she expects me to ovulate this weekend. But my opk clearblue advanced doesnt show the (blinking) smiley. I was on 50mg clomid (3-7) am on cd12 today. What day did you ovulate with clomid? Anyone experienced the same? Help :(

Keep testing but sometimes OPKs will not read accurately with PCOS (that's why there is a disclaimer on every box). Its super annoying. Baby dance in the mean time. When will you go back to your doctor? 
Also, you can ask for a trigger shot next cycle to ensure ovulation. Its given once a follicle reached 18mm. It then pushes the follicles into its final stages of maturation and releases it 24-36 hours later.
