Bridesmaid help

I am having 3 bridesmaids. 2 of them are my older sisters and the other one is a friend I met through and we clicked but we have only known each other for a year. She knew my fiancé when they were kids. I want her to be bridesmaid because she is super supportive and fun to be around and I feel like I can be myself around her. But now I need help deciding an order for them and who will be the maid of honor. I don’t want to choose one of my sisters over another but if I make my friend the maid of honor, I would still have to order my sisters after her. Any suggestions on who to pick/how to pick? I don’t think either of my sisters would get mad about my choosing one over the other but I don’t want any drama.
