Have you ever been scared of being choked during sex

So my boyfriend always chokes me during sex it’s never hard but one time he did it really hard and I literally couldn’t breath I was trying to take his hand off but it wouldnt budge I literally had to knee him in the balls and he said he had no idea I was literally dying. Lmao anyway it just made me realise that it is actaully so scary and such an easy way for an accidental death to happen
