How do get rid of hormonal acne?

Does anyone know of any good things to help get rid of it, I think the pill has probably caused it. I get it on my neck, back, face and even odd one on my collar bones. It’s getting me down I wouldn’t say it’s severe but I’ve noticed even more have appeared today on my face and my back. I’ve tried so many things I don’t think it’s serious enough to go to the doctor about it. I exfoliate my skin, use benzoyl peroxide, tried mario desbescu. I haven’t seen my face clear for nearly a year there all over my forehead and around my nose some on my cheeks. It’s also quite painful and uncomfortable. Any advice would be appreciated.
