This is my first post I’ve been on here for a few months and love how much I’m learning. I have a question of my own. So I just went off birth control a couple weeks ago after being on it for 11 years. Me and my husband would like to conceive hopefully sometime this year. What is the best way to figure out your ovulation schedule? Do you always ovulate the same time every month? Any tips or recommendations would be great! Thank you! 😊❤️
