Corona virus/ hospital support person

Hey y’all, so as we all know this corona virus stuff has affected a lot of our plans during our pregnancy whether it was a gender reveal, baby shower, birth plan/delivery, and etc. My hospital as of right now is still only allowing 1 care/support person and this being my first baby of course I want my mom there she is one of my top supporters in my life and this is her first grand baby and she wants to experience it but the issue is my boyfriend will have to drive from Louisiana to Texas which takes him 7-8 hours and I would need her for the Labour process for emotional support in case he doesn’t make it in time which he probably won’t but they’re saying if I pick her as my person I can’t let him in to even see the baby. I know other hospitals are at least letting you switch out that one person so right now I’m in a dilemma I either go into Labor on my own and just wait for him to come or I just have her and he can’t come in and I don’t want to choose between either. My hospital says it might change by the time I go into Labor at the end of June but then again it might not and I’m just really stressed by the idea of it. To any mamas who had their birth plan/delivery impacted and have had a similar situation comment below or anyone with any good advice comment below please I could use it.

* I’m not trying to sound like an asshole but please do not comment if you’re not providing advice....I’m a FTM and some people are commenting how they had the luxury of having multiple people in the room with them with their first child (but not providing advice it’s extremely discouraging ) and I’m already scared enough/anxious as is especially with everything I’ve been dealing with health wise this whole pregnancy * more.
