He should be getting 50 years if not life. He has forever changed an innocent child’s life and forever shaped her future relationship with men. There is no excuse for an adult to act in such a way. He knew the consequences, he should get just punishment

I’m not trying to be funny, but it says they met on social media. He’s a clearly a predator because of the age disparity, but can we have a conversation about this little girls actions in giving a stranger her address? And what kind of non involved parents does she have?? It’s clear she feels this man was her boyfriend. The only reason he got caught is because he was physically caught in the act. This little girl didn’t say anything 😩 like I said it sounds like there are holes in this story.

That isn't his punishment, he's just been released until he stands trial. If he does truly have a mental disability, he can't really be put in a normal jail, so release and monitor probably seemed the best course of action until trial where they can find his true mental capacity and everything.
