Could I have a kidney infection?

For the past few days I have felt really horrible. Last night I had a fever of 103. I have felt sick for days but I thought I was just feeling fatigue. I have been tired and fatigue. I have chills. My side and lower back has been hurting on one side. It is a mild pain. My pee looks normal and it does not hurt me to pee. A few days ago it was hurting me to pee but it doesnt anymore. I still have mild back pain and I have been struggling to keep my fever down. Last night I was forced to take a freezing shower to make my fever go down.
