Female Ejaculation.....(not squirting)

What is it? Do you think this is really a thing? Have you experienced it?

Over the past I’d say 6 months, during sex I’ll have an orgasm followed directly by what feels like a small amount of “fluid”. At one point I was omg did I just per a little, but it didn’t feel like I’d peed and I’m not even sure if it came out of the urethra. Anyway I always made sure I peed before sex and it still kept happening. It actually feels MARVELOUS, but it happens when my SO is licking me and I don’t want him licking pee. So I looked up on the internet what this could be and came across medical journals that discuss female ejaculation. Like why did I not know about this?
