Which Is Better?

I have an appointment on the 16th to start meds to ovulate so i can conceive and i’m not sure which to ask about?. i was on the nuvaring for a few years and i lost my period completely because of it in july of last year so i went off of it and haven’t had one since. i’ve heard so many mixed reviews and i need all the help i can get, which is better: clomid or metformin? has anyone lost their period because of the birth control they used and were still able to get pregnant? how long did it take after you started the meds to get pregnant? thank you for any advice or help you can give 🙂♥️
