Anyone have to take the COVID-19 test before being admitted in the hospital?

I am getting induced this week and have to get my test done tomorrow morning before they can schedule me.
If so - How did it go?

I am getting a c-section tomorrow at 8 am. 
Took my COVID 19 test on Friday. 
It is a little uncomfortable because they put this really long Q-tip through your nostril and it goes all the way back to your throat. It feels like a burning when it passes from nose to throat, but that is it. Does not hurt and it takes a total of one minute or so. 
My test came back Negative. I got the results  the same day.

Yep. Got mine done on Thursday, results came back negative by Friday morning. It wasn't pleasant but not all that terrible either. Just like getting water up your nose for a few seconds, and then my eyes started to water from it. But I thought it would be way worse and I was so nervous going in!

I have the option to test 72 hours before or just get tested when I come in. I have no clue where to get tested cuz they couldn’t tell me so I plan to wait.

It was uncomfortable and like 10/15 second process tops. Once it was done I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all

Got tested on Friday, csection is scheduled for Wednesday. Can’t step outside till delivery date. Tested negative btw

In Houston no they just check your temp ask you questions & make sure you not showing signs !!
