So I was told I have a cyst of 2.4 cm and I was wondering will it rupture now that I am on my menstrual  cycle ? I got it while I was on bc and this is my first cycle after removing my bc

Hi! I believe we can heal ourselves! A few things I found after a lot of research that helps with cysts are eliminating dairy, gluten, meat, coffee, alcohol, sugar, soy, any processed foods. Eat lots of leafy greens. Beet juice can help too. Castor oil packs can help break down excess tissues in the body. It stains clothes and should not be used when it’s your time of the month. Supplements like vitex, evening primrose oil, Serrapeptase, ginger, tumeric, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and black seed oil can help. There’s also a mind body connection to consider. Stress or emotional issues cause dis-ease in our bodies. Meditation in the morning, although hard to do, may be helpful in resetting yourself for the day. I just watched the documentary “Heal” on Netflix. You should check it out. What Chelsea Eats on YouTube is a good source on how to treat these issues. I believe our bodies can heal if we give them what they need. You are your own best healer.

Had an 11cmx8cm solid mass on my left ovary that just kept growing never burst never twisted but they took it along w my ovary and tube it turned out to be a teratoma

It should go away, I had one that was 6 cm and it was PAINFUL. Just give it time and it should go away on its own. I was also on bc when I had one.
