Has anyone started potty training / little one is now successfully potty trained?

Being trying to start with my son but he doesn't seem to be getting it yet he is 19 months tho

My daughter is pretty smart and catches on to things quick but this is one thing I do not want to imitate. The ball is in her court and I’m waiting for her to tell me when she’s ready.

My LO has shown no interest but after being passed on a copy of “Oh crap! potty training” we’ve decided to get moving. It says to wait for when you can clear a full week of your schedule so we start on June 29. 
This book has been the winner for at least 5 families in my life, so we’re going all in.

My son has been carrying his potty in the room, taking off all his clothes and standing in front of it. If that’s not an “I’m ready” sign, I don’t know what is. I’m wondering when my I can do this sign will come. 😂 How do you potty train?!!

My daughter is potty trained at my parents’ house, but not at home. She’ll say “poop!” Or “uh oh!” When she pees while wearing underwear. She’ll also go to the bathroom door when she needs to go potty.
At our house she just pees and poops in her diaper and we can’t figure out how to break her of it.
