Idk if I should be concerned about this bleeding?

I have posted a lot recently. I am 38 weeks pregnant. I went to the dr yesterday and did a cervix check. I was effaced and at a 3cm dilated.

Today I’m bleeding slightly and having a lot mucus come out. I know 4/5 is “active labor” technically. Idk if I should go in or just wait it out? I have had sweet smelling discharge that’s watery but kinda sticky too. Idk if it’s my water?

I went to the hospital once for a false alarm, and my insurance didn’t cover it and it cost 700 dollars although I met my deductible and everything for the year already. I don’t want to go back unless I am legitimately having the baby.

Also, I have had cramps and my thighs have been crampy which is weird
