Am I thinking wrongly ?

My husband only see’s his son once every few months sometimes it’s for a week or two but it’s pretty far apart.... so anyway my husband was complaining about my kids who live with us full time and says to me that he raised his son better

So I tell him in order to “raise” your child he needs to live with you more than a week every 4 months otherwise his momma raised him. This man has no idea what it means to raise a child from birth. Am I wrong for telling him this?
