Period Late with Discharge but IUD

I’ve had my IUD for right at a year and a half. My period has never not shown up, but it has been late/early at times. This month it’s late but I’m also having a watery, but kind of white, discharge which is very new for me. I am still having my normal period cramps, just no blood. I have been under a LOT of stress with family things and a new job so I know that could be a factor. Any ideas or similar stories or just helpful advice??
