spider bite????

does anyone know what this looks like? it’s on my arm.. i randomly woke up with it one day and

went to doctor when it first started and they kind of just acted like i was being dramatic and crazy for coming in over it. well, the blister popped and turned into a scab. the scab peeled off and now looks like this. could this be a spider bite? i’m really worried. what should i do? i’m 25 weeks pregnant.
