Pregnant on the Pill?

Hey,

How do you know if you’re pregnant while taking birth control? I think I may have ovulated despite being on the pill and I had unprotected sex on that same day.

Lately I’ve been feeling fatigued, I get more tired lately, my breasts have also felt slightly tender around the sides, and I’ve been having some major bloating.

For anyone who’s experienced this or even haven’t, how would you know if you’ve conceived while on the pill?
