Hcg levels twins????

Question

Hello guys! so I went Monday to get blood work and an ultrasound and just saw my results online it says High Hcg levels 39135 is that normal for a singleton pregnancy I’m 7 weeks and 2 days? Or can it mean I maybe caring twins?

My hcg at 6 weeks 4 days was 85,044 and 48 hours later it was 108,342 and I’m having one. Some people just have higher HCG.

It is well within the normal range. I would assume that doesn’t rule out twins, though.
