Looking to switch from breastfeeding to forumla

I don't want to breastfeed anymore for a variety of reasons. My baby is 2 weeks old. How do I transition to forumla successfully? I tried a bottle of breastmilk (Avent bottle) but he had trouble taking the bottle and nipple. He would only drink about 1/2 oz.

I also tried the premade Similac newborn bottles and he will take that with some trouble, but only 1 oz at a time before he refuses the rest. The premade bottles are the only one that fits in his tiny mouth.

Do I continue to nurse him and incorporate the forumla slowly until my breast milk dries up?

Do I pump while he is exclusively formula feeding in hopes that he gets used to breastmilk bottles later?

I'm feeling a little lost...
