A little disappointed but what can I expect (Venting)

So I’ll be having a baby shower in another state like 2 hours away from me I don’t have a lot of people coming on my side. My siblings from my adoptive side is coming and paying for everything they need to be sure they can be there and I also have a friend who’s also coming so I’m happy they’re not letting anything stop them from coming because it’s mainly gonna just be my boyfriends family and I’ve always been shy and quite around them. Now I also wanted my biological dad and sisters to come but they keep making excuses first it was they don’t have money to come down there so I told them I’ll give them the money to come, now it’s there not sure cause if they have to work there not gonna come. It’s understandable and all but it just sounds like excuses to me since they’re always willing to take off work to go see there boyfriends (which they see basically every day rather they work or not) but can’t take off work to be there for me even when I’m paying for them to be there, it’s not surprising since im adopted into another family for a reason I’m really greatful for the family that took me in and they prove to me every time that they’re there for me. Sometimes I just hang on to the thought of my biological family actually being there for me but they constantly prove to me every single time that there not and I really need to let go.
