After 3 boys

Can it be true ? We have had a lot of ultrasounds due to some spotting. Babies doing great. At 14 weeks we asked the ultrasound tech to see if she could see gender. I asked her to just look and get pics so I can take it out and look with my husband. She got a good pic I feel of A and B she sae the gender better than the pic showed but baby B moved. These pics were 14 weeks. We go in again if all stays good around 21 weeks. What do you guys think ? Am I getting girls ?? First pic is Baby B then Baby A
