Dermatology - red bumps

I got these red bumps that appeared two weeks ago. They don't itch unless I wash in warm/hot water or stimulate via touch. They haven't oozed. They are on my torso, thighs, arms and back. They've spread to my pelvic, neck and forearm area. I've been using antibiotic (neosporin) and antifungal over the counter medication.

I live with my girlfriend, she hasn't gotten it even though we sleep in the same bed and still come in close contact.

I don't have access to a dermatologist & The doctor I did ask was stumped so any information right now would be helpful.
