Is this a tooth at 6 weeks?

She’s been really dribbling the past few days and it’s like she’s using the bottle as a teething toy because she won’t let me take out her mouth but she’s not actually drinking!

It’s incredibly unusual for a baby to begin truly teething before 4 months. It does happen, but it’s not common. Around the 2-3 month mark babies’ salivary glands really kick in, but they can’t really swallow unless eating, so they begin drooling a lot. This is also typically when they really find their hands and tend to chew on them a lot. The spot could be a tooth, but is more likely a little nursing blister or something.
