3 week old exclusively breast fed baby , eats great, sleeps great, is gaining weight perfectly.

Has started spitting up a ton. Sometimes it’s as soon as he comes off the boob, sometimes it’s a few minutes later when he’s being burped sometimes it’s just at random.

I’m talking he soaks himself and receiving blankets for there’s so much. Sometimes it’s milky other times it’s chunky. He also grunts and makes strange noises often.

He’s not miserable at all literally only cries when he wants to be picked up or when we change his diaper. He’s a great little baby.

Anyone else have experience with this ? Any ideas?

We see the dr tomorrow for his 1 month weight check in.. just wondering what I should be on alert for.
