Need advice please.. getting your man interested in sex after baby.

So I had a baby on March 25th 2020 so he's only almost 2 1/2 months old and I had a C-section.... I finally am good to have sex again but my bf won't even touch me... He says he has no sex drive at all... I know he's not doing anything with anyone else cause he's either working or with me and the baby... I want to feel wanted again and be physical with him but he's not interested at all since the baby and before I got pregnant he was a very sexual person.... I don't know what to do any suggestions or has anyone else had this happen to them before
