Military gf struggling

My boyfriend left 4 days ago for boot camp and I feel completely devastated. We were just "fuck buddies for about 4 month until we both caught feelings. He finally asked me out a week before he left. Weve literally been joined at the hip for the past 4 months. He spends the night almost every night, we met each others families. Went on trips were together for days on end. I recently went through a rape and he was my only comfort & now hes gone. Can anyone give me any tips? I know everyone says stay busy but I just cant seem to get him out of my head. I have never been in love HEALTHILY. I miss him so much!
