Please help 😞

So I decided to get my little girls who’s one ears pierce... I’ve been cleaning and moving them like asked but I’m starting to notice some red in one ear.... I don’t want it to get swollen or more irritated.. so I tried taking it off except I don’t want to hurt her poor ear since the back it’s a butterfly back and I basically have to pull forcefully to come off tomorrow would be her 3 or 4th day of having them in I let the earrings be because I don’t want to upset them more and I feel awful and helpless... that I choose for someone to give butterfly back instead of a normal one back.... any advice on what I can do???
