New to this
Hey ladies I just got diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. I’ll be 30 weeks tomorrow. I’m new to all of this and due to Covid there are no classes being taught. I know there is a group for gestational diabetes but I’m not getting any responses. What are some new ideas you girls ate? I need simple meal ideas. Also what are you doing about the pelvic pain and pressure? My downstairs hurts a lot and when my underwear touches my labia minora it feels like friction or chafing. But it’ll come and go. Anyone feel something like that?
