Butt acne makes me so self conscious..

I absolutely hate my butt.. I honestly never just walk around naked.. (we have our own place). I'll be topless no problem but I'll always have a pair of panties on.. we have been together over a year and I don't think he's ever actually seen it. The other day I was in the kitchen, in my panties and bra cooking I bent over to do something and he tried to come up and eat me out from the back I turned real quick to hide it. He got a bit irritated. I just dont feel like someone could think it's attractive with pimples on it. It's really my only flaw that keeps me from being this wild sexy confident women. I'd walk around naked all the time if I didn't have this problem.. help
