Baby had weird tape come out of poo

So my guy has been on clindamycin for a hand infection. He's been having diaheria I'm assuming from the medicine. This afternoon when he woke up I changed him and he had pooped. When cleaning him up I noticed something stuck in his butt hole. I got it out with a wipe and it looked like plastic tape. Upon looking this up on the internet it says tape worm. Kinda freaking out. Should I call the Dr in the morning? I'm hoping he just found something and ate it which he often does... Ugh
