Would you report to their employer?

In light of all of this (1000% justified) unrest being fueled but the murder of George Floyd, if you saw a friend, acquaintance, or family member being vocally and/or violently racist on social media, would you report their behavior to their employer? Ex. Using racial slurs, advocating for people to run over Black Lives Matter protestors, attacking people who post information on racial injustice statistics, etc. I’ve seen people taking screenshots of people’s racist statements online and sending them to the person’s employers, stating that the employee in question is not publicly representing themselves in a manner that is appropriate to the company brand. Even if you yourself would not do this, do you agree with people doing this?
