Baby fell

I feel horrible , I went to use the bathroom and my daughter (7 year old ) picked my 4 month old up and he fell from the bed by the time I heard him cry it was just a different cry and knew he fell , I came running to the room and my daughter had picked him up , she was so pale and I asked her how did he fall or how did he fall but his right side of his head is red but he didn’t really cry maybe 5 seconds , he’s acting normal has this happened to you guys ? I think he just kinda hit the side of the corner but if it was more painful wouldn’t he cry more ? Thoughts?
