I Need Help

I have a dilemma so I have a 5 cm cyst on my left ovary question is it safe to have sex with the cyst I know that my doctor told me if the cyst flip then I can end up losing my ovary and not being able to have kids does anyone know if I am able to have intercourse due to the cyst
