Super concerned..should I see a doctor?

3 days ago me and my bf had sex...normal sex but it did last longer than usual and I was in pain afterwards. This has happened before but goes away within an hour or so. Well it’s been 3 days and my labia around my hole is swollen and beat red. I cant pee comfortably and it hurts to walk. I literally have to dab carefully to wipe after peeing and have to spread everything to actually pee or else it feels like my vajay is on FIRE. I read online my exact symptoms and that it should go away in a few hours but its been 3 days...what should I do?? Can I put anything on it??
