7 Month old waking at wired hours

So just the last few days every night at 12am 2am 6am she will wake up scream/cry. It will be brief but enough to wake us up. Sometimes she just requires us to give her, her pacifier and others she just goes right back to sleep. Could this be teething ? Night terrors ? I just find it odd that’s it’s like clockwork. And she’s not needing anything more then a pacifier and she just goes right back to sleep.
