Failed Letrozole

So I just had my first round of Letrozole, but I started at 5mg doses. I had my ultrasound today to check my follicle growth, but I had zero viable follicles and zero growth. It broke my heart. They said my body just didn’t respond to it. So now I am going to take an injectable medication, called Gonal-F, which is supposed to stimulate follicle growth. Has anyone used Gonal-F before? Does anyone have any advice?
