Tired and annoyed

Me and my boyfriend have to babies together. A 1 year old and a 7 month old . I take care of my kids Everyday all day by my self . I am a stay home mom and he works. I am sick of him not helping me with them . He is always outside doing his thing instead of helping me with them. He works 7-5 job landscaping. And when he’s inside he’s on his phone a lot of the time he’s inside . Is it wrong of me to ask him to help me with them when he’s off work ? I don’t ask for much except to change my sons diapers and give him a bath . .i just want a lil of me time .. is it too much too ask
