Armpit Problems

What deodorant do you guys use? I use the Suave or Secret Deodorant Powder Fresh since puberty. However since I got pregnant, it wasn't doing it's job anymore and my armpits smell bad.

I am already 7 weeks postpartum and still having problems. It doesn't matter if I shower a lot, wipe it and reapply. It just smells awful..

Suggestions???
