I think I may be pregnant and this is why

I miss entire month of My cycle, peeing way too much, in a little bit of morning sickness do you ladies, think I am pregnant or not?? Any thoughts ladies,

Do I have a good chance of being pregnant??On top of that I had a negative test but I’ve had those symptoms to make me think that it’s possible that the homebase test was wrong, do you ladies think I need to go to a doctor and get a blood test to find out for sure?? So I can know for sure
