Double uterus while pregnant / miscarriage

This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I were thrilled with excitement something we always prayed about had been answered until one day I started to begin spotting and so I went to the er they did a vaginal ultrasound we got to see the yolksack but the doctor said she was questioning the ultrasound cause it looked like I can possibly have double uterus? I was sent home from the er saying it’s normal to have implantation bleeding but spotting remained the same till the next following day I went to the restroom to see that I was heavy bleeding first thing running in my head is miscarriage I rush to the er again and they practically said it seemed like everything was ok cause I was in no pain but if it was a miscarriage there was nothing they could do leaving me with unanswered questions they sent me home again. I will be going tomorrow to a obgyn doctors office to get more answers. I’m lost in words. Also has there been successful pregnancy with double uterus? I feel like my dream of becoming a mom on day has just been shattered.
