Diaper rash help!

My son has these small red bumps on his genitals and they aren’t going away! I’ve used buttpaste, desitin, aquaphor, and i bath his every night, change him before and after feeding and before he goes down for a nap. And nothing is helping. I changed his pamper brand too. Come Monday I’ll make an appointment for his pedi but any one experience the same thing? It isn’t the typical red diaper rash it’s like red dots. Ugh I feel like a bad mom already. How could I let this happen!
