Sharp pains?

I keep getting these really sharp pains in my lower abdomen, they’re like cramps but it feels like someone is taking a knife through lower abdomen, they keep me up at night and make it difficult to get anything done during the day. I’ve tried the heating pad, warm baths, and ice pack. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been super nauseous and sick the last month or so. I don’t think I’m pregnant cause every test I’ve taken was negative. I have endometriosis but I’ve never experienced pain like this because of it. My periods have been abnormal and mostly just spotting, Im not supposed to start my next one for another two weeks or so and I’ve been having these pains since I had spotting in may. I took another test today just to be sure and it came up negative too. I see my doctor on the 22nd, but I’m not sure what to do for now until I see her. Any suggestions to get me to my appointment? I’m really tired of my body doing weird stuff and not knowing why 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel like there’s always something off and if it’s not one thing it’s another. I’ve been to the ER for the pains and bleeding during sex that made them worse. The ER told me there was nothing wrong with me, when all they did was push on my stomach and tell me to just see my regular gyn, but the earliest I could see her was the 22nd.
